The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as a first level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to the 39th Electronic Warfare Squadron (39 EWS).
What You'll Do
- →Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the 39 EWS, ensuring that the squadron complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs.
- →Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
- →Represents the squadron with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
- →Applies expertise to direct the 39 EWS planning, programming and budgeting system (PPBS) processes, in appropriate formats, to meet foreign partner, System Program Office, AF, Major Command and 350 SWW requirements.
- →Applies expertise to analyze/evaluate and develop new methods for testing and evaluating squadron software and data product capabilities (products that support the USAF, Army, Navy, and foreign partner services); develops recommendations to resolve substantive problems of effectiveness and efficiency in the planning, programming, and execution of EW laboratory test capability.
