About the Position: Red River Army Depot (RRAD) is located in northeast Texas, 19 miles west of Texarkana and approximately 170 miles northeast of Dallas. What You'll Do
- →Responsible for the division’s business direction and results, responsible for planning, evaluating, integrating, and managing a multi functional, complex support organization.
- →Plans allocation of resources and distribution of work to assure depot logistics missions are accomplished as scheduled.
- →Maintains liaison with senior officials, providing workload updates and ensuring effective production operations, while coordinating alignment of all support efforts.
- →Provides technical and administrative guidance to subordinates related to meeting depot overhaul requirements for major maintenance programs.
- →Assures that subordinate supervisors carry out policies to achieve management objectives in such areas as labor-management relations and equal employment opportunity.
