About the Role
This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: To perform law enforcement work and serve as a Shift Supervisor and Police Duty Officer for the Fort Greely Law Enforcement force. As the Shift Supervisor you are responsible for directing police patrols, and coordinating the overall Law Enforcement Program.
What You'll Do
- →Respond to and investigate emergency calls, complaints and other calls for service.
- →Provides sworn testimony based on the investigative process, evidence gathered, witness’ statements in criminal and traffic courts.
- →Perform required lifesaving first aid in the event of an emergency as the first responder to an incident until medical emergency personnel arrive.
- →Assign work to subordinates based on priorities, selective consideration of the difficulty and requirements of assignments, and the capabilities of employees.
