The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a first level supervisor with responsibility over a group of Community Readiness Specialists (CRSs) and Community Readiness Consultants (CRCs) and oversight for assigned Military/Airman & Family Readiness core programs and associated services.
What You'll Do
- →Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
- →Assesses needs and provides work/life services to leadership, organizations, and populations serviced by the M/A&FRC.
- →Supports and participates in quality initiatives.
- →Participates in quality self-assessment.
- →Participates in special projects and initiatives and performs nonroutine assignments.
