This position is located in the Washington Headquarters Services (WHS), Facilities Services Directorate (FSD), Integrated Technology Division (ITD). The incumbent will be responsible for delivering comprehensive Information Technology (IT) services-including business applications, artificial intelligence (Al) integration, commercial cloud support, facilities and building records, data analytics, and cybersecurity-to advance the effectiveness of FSD functions.

- →Incumbents typical work assignments may include the following: Directs the management, integration, and centralization of enterprise data assets, applying modern Machine Learning and Large Language Model principles to drive system interoperability and create authoritative, single-source data repositories.
- →Manages the complete lifecycle of all IT hardware and software assets, ensures compliance with federal and Department of Defense (DoD) regulations, and serves as the primary liaison between functional areas and the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) for business IT systems.
- →Formulates and executes the comprehensive AI Strategic Plan, defining the long-term vision for data modernization, and serves as the principal expert for assessing complex data architectures and harnessing AI to optimize business intelligence and process automation.
