You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the Digital Transformation Division in the Transformation Office (Code 100TO.4) of NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD.
What You'll Do
- →You will oversee and manage the execution of the digital transformation division optimizing digital solutions to enhance operational efficiency, service delivery, and employee engagement.
- →You will exercise both administrative and technical supervision over subordinates performing transformation improvement work.
- →You will determine availability of manpower, resources, contracting, funding, program requirements, and other support functions essential to the accomplishment of the Transformation Office mission.
- →You will conduct thorough assessments of current business processes, systems, and capabilities to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- →You will identify and mitigate projects’ risks and issues, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to project delivery.
- →You will hold discussions and meetings with key program members as necessary to obtain pertinent details of program assigned.
