Organizational Location: These positions are located in the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), in multiple locations specified in this announcement. Additional selections may be made across the National Capitol Region through this vacancy announcement. If selected, current ICE employees assigned to approved ICE alternate duty locations may be eligible to retain the alternate duty location in this position.
What You'll Do
- →As a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst (Unit Chief), you will perform the following duties: Direct subordinate supervisors and their teams to accomplish program goals, priorities, and deadlines related to program evaluations, operations, and analytical studies.
- →Evaluate subordinate supervisors through performance appraisals, work reviews, feedback, and recommendations on personnel actions.
- →Oversee personnel, budget, and equipment resources to address operational needs and support strategic priorities.
- →Lead complex studies and program evaluations addressing agency operations, management processes, and issues of national significance.
- →Develop performance measures, analyze program data, and present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
