You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the G-1, MANPOWER DIVISION, of MARINE CORPS BASE.
What You'll Do
- →You will be responsible for the development and execution of the manpower management program, advise on manpower matters at all echelons of management and provide oversight and administrative direction to commands.
- →You will serve as the primary advisor on current associative programs, trends and emerging developments.
- →You will provide guidance, interpretation and insight to military and civilian supervisors regarding the management of enlisted personnel.
- →You will closely monitor installation structure changes and compile statistical data and civilian personnel reports for management briefings.
- →You will direct and supervise the work of personnel by planning, scheduling, and coordinating work, evaluating employee work performance, identifying developmental and training needs of employees and recommending performance awards.
