What You'll Do
- →Provides technical oversight to a multidisciplinary staff ensuring project priorities and objectives are met.
- →Develops performance plans and conducts formal evaluations for assigned employees.
- →Writes Performance Work Statements, Scopes of Work, and technical specifications for service and capital equipment contracts.
- →Participates in acquisition planning to provide authoritative input on procurement strategies and contract evaluation approaches.
- →Analyzes mission oriented programs and evaluates their effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity.
- →Uses quantitative analytical methods to support program assessments and decision making.
- →Conducts studies where conflicting goals and diverse customer requirements must be balanced.
- →Manages program data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- →Advises leadership on project feasibility and resolves operational issues affecting program execution.
