What You'll Do
- →WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY As a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, you will use your knowledge of and experience with the Program Support Center (PSC) to optimize business results and customer experience by: Developing and implementing human capital and talent management plans aligned with PSC's mission, priorities, and workforce needs.
- →Supervising a multidisciplinary team of management analysts by assigning work, evaluating performance, approving leave, counseling employees, recommending personnel actions, and taking disciplinary actions as appropriate.
- →Leveraging workforce analytics, dashboards, and other data tools to monitor the effectiveness of talent management programs and inform data-driven decision-making.
- →Leading enterprise-level workforce planning efforts to identify critical skills, forecast future talent needs, and mitigate competency gaps across the PSC workforce.
- →Directing organizational development methods, including competency modeling, career pathing, and change management initiatives.
