You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the Strategic Management and Improvement Office of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT.
What You'll Do
- →You will be responsible for oversight of all Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) projects, including metrics collection, executive reporting, and tracking Lean Six Sigma (LSS) proficiency of black belts.
- →You will negotiate effectively with executive-level management both within and outside DON activities to commit substantial agency/activity resources and implement extensive organizational or business process changes.
- →You will be responsible for all return on investment and cost reporting through the NAVSUP WSS Comptroller and validation of all metrics through technical and financial subject matter experts.
- →You will develop training programs and train personnel in all aspects of Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) directly related to the division projects.
- →You will be responsible for setting team goals, assigning projects to team members with completion dates, monitoring progress, and directing work.
