- →As a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, you will perform the following duties: Serve as Director for the Executive Branch of the Chief of Staff Office, exercising principal program responsibility for a full range of administrative and management services.
- →Manage program effectiveness and efficiency, establish goals and assess operational progress.
- →Manage complex administrative functions and work directly with leadership across headquarters.
- →Serve as a member of various committees/groups, and exercise significant responsibilities in dealing with officials of other units or organizations, or in advising management officials.
- →Manage and supervise budget planning, formulation, and execution.
- →Provide large scale acquisition planning and contract administration for the office.
- →Approve the allocation and distribution of funds in the organization's budget.
- →Serve as supervisor of subordinate staff to include planning and distributing work, setting priorities, and developing schedules for the completion of work.
- →Evaluate the performance of subordinates and provide technical oversight and instruction.

- ✓This position requires Moderate Risk Security Clearance.
- ✓Background investigation will be required.
- ✓Continued employment is subject to applicant's successful completion of security investigation and favorable adjudication.
