This position is located in the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), Office of International Affairs, Trade, and Commerce (IATC), Trade and Commerce Division with one vacancy in Silver Spring, MD; Seattle, WA; Long Beach, CA; or Pascagoula, MS.
What You'll Do

- →As a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, you will perform the following duties: Supervise Trade Audit and Record Reviews Branch staff, performing all necessary supervisory tasks and developing goals and objectives for assigned staff functions and programs.
- →Provide leadership and guidance on the analysis and evaluation of record reviews and audits under National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) seafood trade monitoring programs and import restrictions.
- →Ensure records are reviewed in accordance with seafood trade monitoring programs and other import or export requirements, the results of chain of custody reviews are audited for compliance, and trade data are reviewed for integrity and accuracy.
- →Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of audit data to advise and provide recommendations to NMFS Office of International Affairs, Trade, and Commerce (IATC) leadership on processes, policies, procedures, and trade monitoring priorities.
- →Coordinate with program leads and IATC leadership team to ensure audits, record reviews, and data reports support program objectives.

Requirements
- ✓This position will be filled under the DOC Alternative Personnel System (CAPS).
- ✓Under CAPS, positions are classified by career, pay plan, and pay band.
- ✓The ZA-4 is equivalent to the GS-13/14.
