About the Position: This position can be located in Falls Church, VA or San Antonio, TX.
What You'll Do
- →Plans, analyzes, and reviews major programs associated with organizational privacy and compliance program plans.
- →Applies an extensive knowledge of different functional programs, program planning, evaluation, analysis, and budgeting techniques.
- →Tracks the latest technological and policy developments applicable to HIPAA and privacy program implementation.
- →Conducts analysis of broad areas of the Privacy Office's work processes, operational practices, environments, and needs that impact organizational compliance with federal regulations.
- →Develops timelines and coordination controls to ensure the integrity of the Privacy Program Plan.
- →Oversees the compliance and execution of various program work streams under the direction of senior leadership.
- →Interprets policies and regulations related to organizational management functions, programs, and compliance methodologies.
- →Assigns workloads and manages priorities for multi-disciplinary and multi-agency team members.
