Organizational Location: This position is with the Department of Homeland Security, within U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Office of Professional Responsibility, Mission Support Division, Human Capital Management, Programs Branch located in Washington D.C. What You'll Do
- →The purpose of the position is to serve as a Branch Chief, a supervisor over a team of Management Program Analysts and Mission Support Specialists who are engaged in managing critical programs such as Financial Management, Human Capital and Training, Technology Management, Contract Management, and Logistics Operations for which the scope and effect of the work have an agency-wide impact.

- →The Major Duties for this position are listed below but not limited to: Directing and overseeing a branch within the Mission Support Division responsible for managing key administrative programs impacting the Office of Professional Responsibility.
- →Planning, developing, and coordinating special studies, briefings, and presentations for executive management to support organizational objectives.
- →Evaluating and implementing policies and procedures in assigned program areas to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- →Supervising and managing a team of Management and Program Analysts, including assigning work, setting priorities, and conducting performance appraisals.
- →Reviewing and analyzing program operations, resource requirements, and long-range plans to recommend improvements and ensure alignment with mission goals.
