Organizational Location: This position is with the Department of Homeland Security, within U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Air and Marine Operations located in Washington, D.C.
What You'll Do
- →Join Air and Marine Operations and utilize your expertise exercising a range of supervisory responsibilities to safeguard our nation through innovative capabilities and partnerships, in support of aviation and maritime operations.
- →This position starts at a salary of $143,913.00 (GS-14, Step 1) to $187,093.00 (GS-14, Step 10).
- →Typical responsibilities include: Directing, implementing, coordinating, and overseeing a variety of mission or administrative programs achieving organizational objectives and ensuring efficient operations.
- →Providing expert advice, technical assistance, and directing support to executives, supervisors, and AMO personnel.
- →Developing, implementing, and monitoring automated systems, policies, and programs, ensuring alignment with established goals, objectives, and priorities set by agency authorities.
- →Planning, developing, and coordinating briefings, presentations, and conferences for executive management, ensuring the provision of accurate, concise, and timely information for decision-making and policy development.
- →Supervising and managing a team of subordinates, including assigning work, setting priorities, evaluating performance, providing training, and addressing employee concerns to foster a productive and compliant work environment.
