As a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, you will manage operational teams, evaluate work processes, analyze data, and make recommendations for improving operational and employee performance.
What You'll Do
- →Provides technical and administrative supervision to the unit by establishing and carrying out action plans in order to accomplish Division goals and objectives.
- →Promotes a creative environment that inspires team members to develop ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of operations.
- →Manages teams' work flow process and implements changes as needed.
- →Distributes work assignments to staff to best utilizes their skills and experience while also ensuring developmental growth.
- →Coordinates with other unit supervisors and peers to establish objectives, priorities and deadlines to formulate plans that meet substantial changes in workload.
- →Adjusts work operations as needed to meet changing priorities within the organization.
Requirements
- ✓Conditions of Employment: You must be a U.S.
- ✓Citizen or U.S.
- ✓Residency Requirement: There is a residency requirement for all applicants not currently employed by U.S.
- ✓Citizenship and Immigration Services.
- ✓This residency requirement states that candidates must have, for three of the last five years immediately prior to applying for this position; (1) resided in the United States; OR (2) worked for the United States Government as an employee overseas in a Federal or Military capacity, OR (3) been a dependent of a U.S.
- ✓Federal or Military employee serving overseas.
- ✓Supervisory/Managerial Probationary Period: You may be required to serve a twelve-month probationary period upon appointment to this position.
- ✓You may also be required to complete an appropriate supervisory training course within one year of assignment to this position.
- ✓EDUCATIONAL SUBSTITUTION: There is no educational substitution at the GS-12 grade level.
