As an Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, you will direct and perform complex duties regarding the budget, human resources, and other administrative needs within the External Affairs Directorate.
What You'll Do
- →Manages staffing operations for the External Affairs Directorate from the initial strategic planning stages through the everyday support services of directorate personnel.
- →Provides technical advice and assistance to program staff and management on highly complex, and high dollar value activities that support the mission.
- →Oversees the areas of administrative support services, such as staffing, timekeeping, awards, contracts and performance management.
- →Addresses human resource requirements to meet shifts in workloads and priorities based on changes to policies and regulations.
- →Initiates and conducts studies designed to improve the effectiveness of all operational functions within the directorate.
- →Liaisons and coordinates work efforts with the appropriate external units of the agency and departmental teams.
- →Coordinates the resolution of grievances, investigations, or adverse actions concerning directorate personnel.
