As a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, you will supervise Management & Program Analysts in the Data Accountability Branch performing quality assurance in ELIS and Lockbox, service level monitoring, and reporting to support Service Center Operations, Intake Ops, Field Ops, and stakeholders.

What You'll Do

  • Supervises a team of analysts managing complex, mission-oriented and management programs, oversees ELIS and Lockbox QA reviews, service level monitoring, report analysis and generation, and supports various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Plans and assigns work to subordinates based on priorities and selective consideration of the difficulty of assignments and capabilities of employees; gives advice, counsel, and instruction to employees on both work and administrative matters.
  • Conducts performance evaluations, prepares performance plans, resolves staff complaints and grievances, approves leave, and manages human resource functions including training and development.
  • Creates, updates, and ensures compliance with standard operating procedures for branch operations, including initial and recurring training for all employees.
  • Acts as the division’s representative in meetings and conferences, collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, and provides guidance and recommendations to support core services and major initiatives.

  • Citizenship and Immigration Services.
  • This residency requirement states that candidates must have, for three of the last five years immediately prior to applying for this position; (1) resided in the United States; OR (2) worked for the United States Government as an employee overseas in a Federal or Military capacity, OR (3) been a dependent of a U.S.
  • Federal or Military employee serving overseas.
  • Supervisory/Managerial Probationary Period: You may be required to serve a twelve-month probationary period upon appointment to this position.
  • You may also be required to complete an appropriate supervisory training course within one year of assignment to this position.
  • EDUCATIONAL SUBSTITUTION: There is no educational substitution at this grade level.
