As a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST, you will provide oversight of a wide range of administrative and analytical duties in support of the intake and processing of immigration applications and benefits.
What You'll Do
- →Oversees analysts working on complex, interrelated programs with conflicting goals and difficulty verifying findings.
- →Performing supervisory duties such as assigning work, resolving problems, and evaluating staff performance.
- →Assesses workload and operational needs to assign, delegate, and adjust work to meet priorities, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- →Resolving concerns raised by agency customers related to applications and petitions.
- →Oversees Lockbox operational improvements and performance standards to ensure goal and quality standards are met.
- →Coordinate and communicate with headquarters and field representatives to develop solutions for issues related to Lockbox operations and customer service.
Requirements
- ✓Conditions of Employment: You must be a U.S.
- ✓Citizen or U.S.
- ✓Residency Requirement: There is a residency requirement for all applicants not currently employed by U.S.
- ✓Citizenship and Immigration Services.
- ✓This residency requirement states that candidates must have, for three of the last five years immediately prior to applying for this position; (1) resided in the United States; OR (2) worked for the United States Government as an employee overseas in a Federal or Military capacity, OR (3) been a dependent of a U.S.
- ✓Federal or Military employee serving overseas.
- ✓Supervisory/Managerial Probationary Period: You may be required to serve a twelve-month probationary period upon appointment to this position.
- ✓You may also be required to complete an appropriate supervisory training course within one year of assignment to this position.
- ✓EDUCATIONAL SUBSTITUTION: There is no educational substitution at this grade level.
