You will serve as a Supervisory Management Analyst in the FLT PERSONNEL RESOURCES & PRGMS BR, FLT PERS DEVELOPMENT & ALLOCATION DIV of COMMANDER US FLEET FORCES COMMAND.
What You'll Do
- →You will serve as a subject matter expert providing expert advice to higher officials within USFF for policies, guidance, and specific procedures relative to manpower execution, programming actions, and organizational alignments.
- →You will initiate, review, and/or forward to OPNAV request to change military and civilian manpower billets to include both peacetime and mobilization requirements.
- →You will perform studies and analysis on decisions affecting military and civilian end strength, evaluating impact of decision within stated SECNAV and OPNAV policies.
- →You will monitor the Navy's Future Year defense Plan (FYDP), ensuring military end strength is correctly allocated to the correct funding category.
