You will serve as a Supervisory Management Analyst in the Commander, Naval Surface & Mine Warfighting Development Center of NSMWDC DET DAHLGREN.
What You'll Do
- →You will plan, direct, and control work to successfully meet goals, objectives and tasks for the department.
- →You will evaluate work performance, approve leave using Standard Labor Data Collection, Distribution Application (SLDCADA), advise and recommend appropriate disciplinary actions for civilians.
- →You will review organizational, policy and procedural changes and assess impacts on manpower requirements.
- →You will develop manpower strategies, provides primary oversight and representation of manpower and personnel issues.
- →You will recommend Department of Navy (DON) recruiting methods, reallocation of resources, track vacancies, and ensure that Position Descriptions (PD) are accurate.
- →You will conduct research and special study projects to resolve various manpower problems.
- →You will develop recommendations for management plans, goals, and objectives and maintain cognizance of progress toward accomplishment of these plans, goals and objectives.
- →You will establish performance standards using DoD Performance Management and Appraisal Program (DPMAP).
