You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the MARINE EXPEDITIONARY FORCE of I MARINE EXPEDITIONARY FORCE.
What You'll Do
- →You will perform conflict management services to assist in resolving issues or refers for mediation/ alternative dispute resolution.
- →You will refer complaints of equal opportunity and prohibited activities and conduct to available support services.
- →You will provide briefings or training on command climate issues and prohibited activities and conduct for supported commands.
- →You will develop and maintain effective relationships to promote awareness of Equal Opportunity programs, command policies, goals and objectives.
- →You will assign work based on priorities, task difficulty and the capabilities of employees.
- →You will resolve subordinate grievances, complaints and problems.
