What You'll Do
- →You will act as the lead advisor to leadership on all personnel management programs and coordinate the full range of administrative activities related to staffing, classification, manpower, hiring, recruiting, retention, and other personnel actions.
- →You will review, analyze, and interpret external policies that impact personnel and draft and implement supplemental administrative policies and procedures to support program operations.
- →You will administer the agency's Records Management, Policy, and Directives Programs.
- →You will manage workforce and personnel metrics, staffing plans, and workload data as directed by senior management to identify and capitalize upon opportunities for process improvement.
- →You will be responsible for the command's security program, including policy development, implementation, and oversight of Personnel, Information, Industrial, Physical, and Operations Security, among other related disciplines.
- →You will plan work to be accomplished by subordinates, set and adjust priorities, and assign work based on employees capabilities.
