You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the NAVAIRSYSCOM HQ of NAVAL AIR SYSTEMS COMMAND.
What You'll Do
- →You will provide strategic direction and resource support to deliver operational and mission support services, supports compliance and audit activities, and drives continuous process improvement initiatives.
- →You will advise on matters relating to organizational strategy and administration, process improvement, policy, and operations.
- →You will lead complex, multi-disciplined command teams and efficiency initiatives, providing advisory and analytical support to executive decision-makers You will be responsible for assessing cultural climates (both existing and desired), determining the scope of proposed command projects, and assisting in establishing command priorities.
- →You will be responsible for NAVAIR and Navy’s General Fund Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) capability, enabling a center of excellence for an integrated systems approach to the resolution of command Navy ERP matters.
- →You will enable decision support activities to focus on mission priorities, guides and assists leadership in articulating strategies and goals for internal and external stakeholders and implement command initiatives.
