The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a first level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to AFRC/A!MPR, Organization and Expeditionary Requirements Section
What You'll Do
- →DUTY 1: Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the organization and Expeditionary Requirement Section.
- →DUTY 2: Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
- →DUTY 3: Represents Manpower, Resources and Organization Division with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
- →DUTY 4: Directs recurring and special projects involving reqrganization analysis, methods and procedures analysis, manpower utilization control, and workload quantification.
- →Duty 5: Initates, publishes and maintains documentation and databases associated with AFRC's organization structure codes (OSCs) and Personnel Accounting System (PAS) codes, ensuring databases comply with DoD, HAF and AFRC guidance.
