You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the NAVY MANPOWER ANALYSIS CENTER NAVMAC.
What You'll Do
- →You will evaluate programs, policies, and processes that take into account the regulatory and specialized guidance and policies of multiple stakeholders.
- →You will advise offers and higher-level authorities on all matters concerning the manpower requirements determination program.
- →You will provide expert technical advice on all matters concerning the manpower requirements determination program.
- →You will prepare analytical and programmatic material to support Congressional testimony and contribute to the preparation of Navy witnesses.
- →You will analyze end-strength controls and resources for manpower resource implications on policy and budgetary decisions.
- →You will analyze the impact of new laws, policies, and regulations concerning manpower determination.
- →You will advise on proposed legislation and policy guidance concerning any and all aspects of the manpower requirements determination program.
- →You will oversee the development of performance measures to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of individual and departmental programs and initiatives.
- →You will advise on matters pertaining to resource support, best business practices, and program execution.
