This position is located under the Office of Intelligence Operations, Operational Intelligence Division, Denial Enforcement & NICS Intelligence Branch in Martinsburg, WV. The purpose of this position is to provide a central point of control and continuity for the management of all ISOS employees, procedures, and analytic studies related to the sale of firearms to ATF and other Federal, State and local law enforcement agencies.
What You'll Do
- →The major duties of the Supervisory Management Analyst (Branch Chief) position include, but are not limited to, the following: Serves as Branch Chief and manages the Denial Enforcement and NICS Intelligence Branch operations and personnel.
- →Conducts complex in depth studies that concern branch programs and associated activities with other Federal, State, local, and international law enforcement agencies and other professional organizations.
- →Directs and coordinates working groups on significant programmatic and operational issues and develops and maintains an effective tracking system to monitor the progress and accomplishments of all activities.
- →Ensures the proper storage and safe handling all material related to the report of the sale of firearms.
Requirements

- ✓Must be U.S.
- ✓Citizen or National Selective Service registration is required for males born on, or after, December 31st 1959.
- ✓Those not registered should have an approved exemption on file.
- ✓May be required to serve a one-year probationary period.
- ✓Pass drug screening and subject to random drug test.
- ✓Suitable for Federal employment determined by background investigation.
- ✓You must meet all applicable time-in-grade requirements by the closing of this announcement.
