The primary purpose of this position is to provide oversight, analysis and advice concerning Individual Augmentation for a multi-service unified command headquarters, all subordinate joint task forces and service components.
What You'll Do
- →Serves as the civilian expert in U.S.
- →Central Command (USCENTCOM) on the implementation, management, oversight, and analysis, concerning Military Augmentation for a multi-service unified command headquarters, all subordinate joint task forces and service components.
- →Exercise supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
- →Advises and provides counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, and directives of management.
- →Develops and modifies, and/or interprets performance standards.
- →Manage the USCENTCOM's Joint Augmentation Manpower Program.
- →Participate in Joint Prioritization and Sourcing Review board conducted by the Joint Staff.
- →Manage and process all Joint Manning Documents.
- →Control and investigate and correct all Joint Manning Document issues.
- →Provide information pertaining to Joint Manning Document.
