You will serve as a SUPERVISORY LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the Business Enablement Division (BED) of MARINE CORPS LOGISTICS COMMAND.
What You'll Do
- →You will lead and supervise personnel responsible for the implementation, sustainment, and continuous improvement of Marine Corps logistics management systems and related logistics operations.
- →You will serve as the principal subject matter expert and advisor on legacy and emerging logistics management systems, providing technical guidance and recommendations to leadership on logistics modernization initiatives.
- →You will develop, coordinate, and deliver training programs that prepare users to effectively operate current and future logistics management systems while ensuring compliance with organizational training requirements.
- →You will lead and coordinate logistics systems modernization efforts, supporting the planning, implementation, testing, and transition of enterprise logistics capabilities across multiple functional areas.
- →You will analyze logistics operations and system performance, identify operational issues and risks, and recommend process and system improvements that enhance supply, maintenance, distribution, and asset accountability.
- →You will collaborate with Headquarters Marine Corps, major commands, other military services, and Federal agencies to resolve complex logistics systems issues and support enterprise logistics objectives.
- →You will oversee logistics modernization initiatives, monitor milestones and user readiness, and provide executive-level briefings and decision support on logistics systems implementation and sustainment.
