About the Role
About the Position: This position falls under the Logistics Division located in Fort Benning, Georgia. This position is not covered by a bargaining unit.
What You'll Do
- →Performs a full range of first-level supervisory responsibilities.
- →Plans work to be accomplished by subordinates, sets and adjusts short-term priorities, and prepares schedules for completion of work.
- →Supervises a staff of logistics functional experts who plan, coordinate and execute district, community field office and school level support for all district student transportation requirements.
- →Serves as the Accountable Property Office (APO) in an assigned District Superintendent's office within DoDEA in Europe, Pacific or the Americas.
- →Serves as the second level reviewer for all DPAS transactions.
- →Develops and implements inventory requirements and reconciles property records with the Accountable Property System of Record (APSR) within assigned AOR (area of responsibility).
- →Serves as the District Superintendent's liaison to the designated community student meal food service provider.
- →Coordinates installation level Inter Service Support Agreements (ISSA) in support of the District.
