The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as the Chief, Combat Readiness and Resources Flight with responsibility for planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over plans and programs; financial planning and execution; budget administration; computer systems/networks; manpower and personnel administration; deployment training.
What You'll Do
- →Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of Combat Readiness and Resources Flight, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs.
- →Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
- →Serves as a squadron technical advisor on a wide range of functions.
- →Represents the Combat Readiness and Resources Flight with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
