The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a first level supervisor, providing planning, organizing, coordination, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to the 15th Maintenance Group's Programs and Resources Flight.
What You'll Do
- →Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the 15th Maintenance Group's Programs and Resources, ensuring that the 15th Maintenance Group complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs.
- →Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
- →Represents the 15th Maintenance Group with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
- →Provides maintenance support for deployment requirements.
- →Represents Maintenance Operations at conferences, working groups, management reviews as well as with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
- →Advises the Maintenance Group Commander on maintenance support matters.
