This position is located in the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Office of Information Technology (OIT), Enterprise Systems Solution Group (ESSG). As a Supervisory IT Specialist (Systems Analysis), GS-2210-14, you will direct staff responsible for the development, modernization and maintenance of the Enterprise Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) products and tools.
What You'll Do
- →Serve as Deputy Division Director in the Office of Information Technology (OIT), Division of Identity Management Enterprise Systems (DIMES) to manage all phases of division operations.
- →Direct a large, multi-functional team of IT professionals responsible for the development, modernization, and maintenance of Enterprise Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) products and tools.
- →Oversee enterprise ICAM architecture and technical strategy, including cloud-based services, technical standards, and IT modernization projects in an agile/CI-CD environment.
- →Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships across OIT, CMS, and industry partners, ensuring project and program objectives are met.
