You will serve as a Supervisory Information Technology Specialist (PLCYPLN) In the Budget/Contracts Support Branch 10931, Information Technology (IT) Business Division 1093, Information Technology & Cyber Security Office 109 of NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD.
What You'll Do
- →You will provide first level supervision and management/oversight of work accomplished to a subordinate staff composed of civilian and contractor personnel.
- →You will estimate and provide justifications of budget proposals in the anticipation and support of changing mission requirements.
- →You will provide IT budget processes to include the budget planning and development, budget submission, budget execution, tracking, budget reconciliation and budget data calls.
- →You will perform contract management for services, maintenance and subscription contracts.
- →You will provide optimum procurement services to requestors within resource allocations and budget limitations.
- →You will integrate knowledge of procurement and credit card regulations.
