What You'll Do
- →You will exercise both administrative and technical supervision over subordinates for information technology work.
- →You will plan work to be accomplished by subordinates, set priorities and prepares schedules for completion of work.
- →You will provide of a wide range of concepts, principles, methods, policies and practices related to Information Technology systems management and skill in applying knowledge to difficult and complex work assignments.
- →You will provide policy and planning concepts, methods and practices; security principles, concepts, standards, and methods.
- →You will develop and monitor metrics, budgets and other resources to evaluate accomplishment of IT goals and objectives.
Requirements
- ✓Additional information: Position designated as critical-sensitive required a favorable Single Scope Background Investigation and IT-I designation.
- ✓Position requires Top Secret clearance eligibility only.
- ✓May be required to work on rotational work weeks, including work weeks other than Monday through Friday, and on rotational shift hours.
- ✓This position may require occasional travel.
- ✓This is a Cyberspace Workforce position, work role code SUPERVISORY INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST (POLICY AND PLANNING), proficiency level Advance the incumbent is required to obtain and maintain qualifications in DoDM 8140.03 Cyber Workforce Qualification and Department of Navy policies.
