This position is being recruited under 10 USC 1599f into the Cyber Excepted Service and does NOT convey eligibility to be converted to the Competitive Service. It has been identified as a position necessary to carry out and support the mission of the US Cyber Command. It is in the Supervision/Management Work Category at the Expert Work Level within the CES Occupational Structure. It is located in the DISA - DBC/DEVELOPMENT AND BUSINESS CENTER.
What You'll Do
- →Serves as a Branch Chief, directing personnel in managing the acquisition of services for the DoD.
- →Plans, organizes and directs the activities of the branch providing supervision over a mix of Program Analysts and IT Project Managers.
- →Leverages deep knowledge of complex acquisition frameworks and diverse contracting types to strategically manage a portfolio of enterprise contract vehicles.
- →Formulates long-term strategic plans and roadmaps, providing strategic vision and leadership for critical enterprise contract vehicles, ensuring alignment with DISA and DoD strategic objectives.
- →Applies advanced program management expertise to oversee the planning, execution and performance of complex DISA enterprise contract vehicles.
- →Defines requirements and implements plans to meet objectives while managing resources, mitigating risks, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
- ✓There is no substitution of education for the qualifying experience at the GG-15 grade level.
