You will serve as a SUPERVISORY IT SPECIALIST in the DEPUTY FOR OPERATIONS of NAVWARSYSCEN PACIFIC SAN DIEGO CA.
What You'll Do
- →You will create and promulgate policies and procedures; establishing policy and directing the technical and programmatic allocations of Department facilities.
- →You will establish and direct department hiring policies for critical technical and engineering skills; establishing direction and policy for employee awards and recognition; leading Department awards and personnel.
- →You will serve as single POC to coordinate with the NIWC Pacific Offices for Personnel Security, Legal, and the Inspector General to resolve ISR personnel issues.
- →You will lead development of policy and directing Information Technology network resources; leading inter-departmental operations and resolving personnel issues; leading and overseeing allocation of resources and administrative processes.
- →You will provide expert advice and guidance on a wide range of ISR topics and lead Center and external IPTs relevant to ISR systems and applications.
