About the Position: Serves as Chief, Information Management Office (IMO)/Systems Administrator at a U.S. Army Transportation Command (ARTRANS). Responsible for Systems Administrator, plans and carries out difficult and complex assignments and develops new methods, approaches and procedures; provides advice and guidance on a wide range and variety of complex IT issues; interprets IT policies, standards and guidelines; conducts analyses and implements resolution of complex issues.
What You'll Do
- →Responsible for organization's IT Section which include Customer Service, Computer Training, Programming, Network Management, Operations, Multimedia, Data Communications, and Video Teleconferencing.
- →Recommends guidance in accordance with local policy, Army, DoD and other regulating guidelines for Life Cycle and Configuration Management.
- →Develops organizational work plans, priorities, work assignments, and position structures or personnel requirements that effectively, efficiently and economically carry out the work of the organization.
