About the Position: This position is a DOD Cyber Excepted Service (CES) personnel system position in the Excepted Service under 10 USC 1599f. Employees occupying CES positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. This position is located at the Columbia Annex Facility, Maryland .
What You'll Do
- →Serves as supervisor for assigned civil service personnel and performs the full range of supervisory functions consistent with Office of Personnel Management, DoDI 1400.25, Civilian Human Resources Agency, and applicable command guidance.
- →Assigns work, establishes priorities, provides technical and administrative direction, defines performance expectations, approves leave, evaluates performance, identifies training and professional development needs Ensures subordinate duties remain aligned to directorate requirements and mission priorities.
- →May serve as the first-level supervisor for military division chiefs, performing a full range of supervisor functions.
- →Provides tasking, necessary technical direction, and training for active duty and reserve component military team members assigned to the directorate.
- →Oversees directorate-level analysis of CNMF operational requirements, mission needs, capability gaps, emerging threats, operational constraints, and capability priorities.
