This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-6 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-14 and GS-15. You will serve as the Enterprise Services Branch Head in the Corporate Operations Department, ACIO/Information Technology Division of the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division.
What You'll Do
- →You will establish the strategic vision for the Enterprise Services Branch, proactively aligning with NSWC Dahlgren Division's mission and objectives.
- →You will lead diverse teams, to include: DevSecOps (GOTs), Enterprise Services (ITSM Solutions), FlankSpeed (Collaboration and Automation Tools), and Enterprise Application.
- →You will foster a culture of collaboration and open communication within the branch and across other departments at NSWCDD.
- →You will champion a continuous improvement mindset, encouraging experimentation and adoption of new technologies.
- →You will manage budgetary and personnel resources effectively to support the branch's strategic objectives and operational needs.
- →You will ensure compliance with security policies, regulations, and industry best practices for all enterprise services and applications.
- →You will empower employee growth and development through mentorship, guidance, and opportunities for professional advancement.
