This position is part of the Hydrocarbons and Geothermal Energy Office, Department of Energy within the Infrastructure Operations and Engineering Office. As a Supervisory IT Specialist, you will manage the NETL IT operations and Federal IT and activities.

- →Veterans shape the future of energy As a Supervisory IT Specialist, you will: Provide leadership and consulting to NETL organizations in the strategic use of information technology to support the agency's plans and goals.
- →Oversee the activities of contractors that provide a variety of technical support.
- →Ensure the Laboratory's IT infrastructure is in compliance with Departmental and Executive branch requirements.
- →Develop, implement, and maintais NETL infrastructure systems and operations with an emphasis on the intersection of technology and the end user's requirements.
- →Implements customer-oriented initiatives to satisfy business objectives.
- →Perform a full range of supervisory and management functions including administrative and technical responsibilities.
- →Promote positive organizational and safety cultures and a safety conscious work environment.
