What You'll Do
- →As a Supervisory IT Specialist (Applications Software), you will: Serve as the senior technical authority for Enterprise Case Adjudication and Processing Environment (ECAPE) application architecture, engineering, and lifecycle management.
- →Ensure integration of cybersecurity throughout the application lifecycle and continuous alignment with FISMA, applicable NIST frameworks, and agency security policies.
- →Oversee ECAPE operational performance, incident management, problem management, and change management to ensure mission continuity and user service levels.
- →Lead Agile product teams using iterative development practices, backlog refinement, sprint/release planning, and delivery forecasting.
- →Provide strategic direction for ECAPE modernization and operational improvement.
