About the Position: As a Supervisory Resident Engineer, incumbent is expected to plan, implement, and accomplish program objectives with a high degree of independence within available guidelines. These include the regulations, program directives and policies of this and higher headquarters, major construction contracts construction industry standards, and pertinent Federal policies of those other Federal Agencies having a necessary interest in the work.
What You'll Do
- →Responsible for developing and implementing the vision, mission, and direction of the organization by leading and managing an inclusive, diverse workforce that leverages the talents of each employee.
- →Serves as the responsible professional for all work done in the Resident Office.
- →Performs personnel management functions to guide, direct, and evaluate the technical efforts and work products produced by foreign national subordinates.
- →Utilizing a highly developed knowledge of professional engineering theories, principles, and principles of sound construction management, serves as Resident Engineer in charge of the Resident Office, - with direct responsibility for the successful prosecution of multi-million-dollar construction contracts throughout the Caribbean and Latin America (Central/South).
