About the Position: Red River Army Depot (RRAD) is located in northeast Texas, 19 miles west of Texarkana and approximately 170 miles northeast of Dallas. What You'll Do
- →Administer implementation of approved information technology programs and projects.
- →Provide for continuous technological advancement in all areas of responsibility.
- →Ensure effective integration of plans, programs, and operations encompassing a wide range of information systems/functional components.
- →Study, review, and analyze information technology supported organization mission plans, and operations to determine current and future information systems requirements.
- →Make decisions and recommendations for information technology program adjustments to meet local conditions and changing situations, as well as to accommodate programs directed from higher echelon.
- →Serve as the command focal point for decisions relating to all information systems management matters concerned with technology, both hardware and software, plans and programs, policies, procedures and operations.
- →Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate the activities of the information technology directorate regarding information systems, technical data management, communications, terminal operations, data bank, audiovisual, and records management missions.
