The United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania's mission is to investigate, prosecute and deter violations of federal statutes, enforce and represent the interests of the United States in civil litigation, uphold civil, constitutional and victims' rights, and foster partnerships with other federal, state and local government agencies and community groups. What You'll Do
- →This Supervisory Information Technology Specialist provides database, network/telecommunications, systems security, system analysis, and user/customer support for the entire USAO-PAE.
- →If selected for this position, you will join a well-respected team that is responsible for providing Supervisory Information Technology Specialist support in the U.S.
- →Attorney's Office, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, focusing in the areas of supervision, management of network, management information, telecommunication, internet, litigation management systems and services, systems security, and customer support.
- →Typical work assignments will include: Supervising and leading a team of IT and Records Management staff responsible for network services, management information systems, telecommunications, internet services, and litigation support systems.
- →Providing senior technical leadership and strategic guidance to ensure the effective delivery of high-quality IT and Records Management services, including litigation support tools, office automation solutions, network integration, telecommunications, and video conferencing.
- →Developing and managing annual, multi-year, and long-term work plans, schedules, and priorities to align IT and Records Management operations with organizational goals.
- →Ensuring the availability, reliability, security, and efficiency of all IT and Records Management systems through proactive oversight and performance management.
- →Overseeing the analysis, design, development, and implementation of information systems while directing comprehensive information security programs to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems, networks, and data.
