You will serve as a SUPERVISORY INDUSTRIAL SPECIALIST (SHIPS) in the Little Creek (JEBLC) Ops Branch Code 314, Waterfront Operations Department (WFO) Code 300, Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC), of MID ATLANTIC REGIONAL MAINTENANCE CTR.
What You'll Do
- →You will supervise, provide advice, counsel, and instruct employees on both work and administrative matters.
- →You will develop performance standards and evaluate the work performance of subordinates.
- →You will manage ship repair job orders and contracts by progressing/monitoring all work to anticipate, prevent, or minimize delays.
