The primary purpose of this position is to exercise second level supervisory and managerial authorities over the Civilian Personnel Flight and Non-Appropriated Fund (NAF) Human Resources element. Administers appointing and associated authorities on behalf of the Commander;
What You'll Do
- →Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities at least 25% of the time.
- →Plans work to be accomplished by subordinates, sets and adjusts short/long-term priorities, and prepares schedules for completion of work.
- →Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the Civilian Personnel Flight.
- →Develops goals and objectives that integrate organization and force support objectives.
- →Represents the Force Support Squadron with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
- →Administers appointing and associated authorities on behalf of the Commander for federal civil service personnel at an Air Force (AF) installation.
