About the Position: Positions are located in several areas of a Medical Treatment Facility located on Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation. A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service This is a Term position scheduled to last 3 Years. A term position may be extended to a maximum of 06 years depending upon the needs of Organization.
What You'll Do
- →Coordinate and consult with Service Chief or designated supervisor on program administrative matters.
- →Review and analyze administrative directives and policies.
- →Conduct periodic inspections and provide advice and guidance regarding program deficiencies or areas that do not comply with regulatory requirements.
- →Identify problems with health care processes and recommend alternatives to improve processes, while also identifying and reporting any quality improvement issues.
- →Establish and maintain manpower database information for the assigned service including numbers of direct and indirect personnel, organizational locations, and availability for accomplishment of programmed workload.
- →Set priorities and prepare schedules for completion.
- →Inform subordinates of civilian personnel policies and programs.
