About the Position: This position is located at McDonald Army Health Center at Fort Eustis, Virginia. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Oversee and supervise practice management for approximately seven medical departments.
- →Implement administrative functions for supported clinical departments.
- →Work with department chiefs to prepare and guide planning for department strategic and business plans and monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of both.
- →Continually assess potential medical practice risks, loss control, and equipment age.
- →Work with department chiefs in preparation and management of budgets for the Medical Treatment Facility and perform comprehensive budgeting assistance over-site for support clinical departments.
- →Directly supervise the Medical Support Assistant Staff.
- →Develop performance standards for administrators and recommend on the job training, career development, and professional enrichment programs as appropriate.
